Well, this morning, finding myself extremely bored, forcing myself to type my report at 6 am in the morning, an idea came up. I typed "who is chea chin fatt?" on google and guess what, I found myself on the internet with info dating back to my secondary yrs in Brunei. This brings back memories…haha. Net really has a record of what u have done in life…

I have just decided to stop blogging for the time being. Somehow, I want to concentrate more on my everyday life, treasuring every minute and cherishing the seconds that’s left before I graduate.
Recently, I notice that if I give my best to everything that I do, things should work out in one way or another. My life kinda functions better with this kinda mentality in place. Suddenly I become worried free I suppose. Tests, assignmensts, exhibiton, projects seems trivial. Conclusion: I became happier. Hehe
Alright, time to go…bye

Weather: Rainy and moody
State of mind: Tired
Book that I am reading now: Neural Network for control
It has been two months in Sydney and I am getting used to the Jay-walk life style here. In additon to that, I get to meet up with some fren’s that I thought I might not have the chance to see them again. Firstly are Agus and Henry. Meet both of them on the second day I arrived in Sydney. I never thought that they were Tim’s classmate which is cool. haha. It seems as if all my frens are connected to each other. Its sad that they will be going back to Indonesia the next day but the fact of meeting them unexpectedly still pleased me.
Next came Owen ( knew him when I am back in Inti) whom I bum into while walking back from work along the Kingsford Street. Surprised~~~!! haha. Its such a small world~~! Then Roy and his frens came to Sydney after that. We did get to hang out for a while. Went to the Sydney Aquarium, Star City( lost some money there), bondi beach!!!( which is the first topless beach I visit)…..
After Roy and the bunch went back to Adelaide, things start to get a little bit quiet. Was quite bored actually. So I spend a lot of times digging up stuff for my upcoming project and days are uneventful. Its not completely work thou. I did get to go and enjoy the New Years Eve countdown at the Sydney Opera house which was eye opening. It was also on that day that I realised there is a lot of korean in SYdney. haha..I wonder why…
Susu is one of the person I plan to meet up in Sydney before I came here. Unfortunately, attempts to get in touch with her seems unsuccessful, thinking that she might have gone back to Malaysia earlier. Just when I have given up, haha, we bump into each other in Uni~~~. Yeahhhhh. Sydney is too small I guesss. Such a small world :p. I’m lucky to have seen her as she is going back to Kuantan(which is her hometown) during that week. Just the day before she went back, she invited me to join one of her clubs trip to the southern highland (which I have mistakenly heard as southern island on the phone) which I did by skipping work. The trip was fun. There was Julian (driver), Vicky, Vijay, Susu and me. They belongs to the Unibud (short for University Buddisht Society). I personally think the name sounds cute. On the trip, we visited two monastry. The first one can be considered a paradise. Imagine a place filled of parrots, peacock, wombat, rabbit and a scenery which extends into the horizon of the sea. Magnificent isn’t it. Life is simple but good. I can just sleep on the grass if I lay there. The highlight of the second monastry is that there is a half manmade cave there and it is in the cave that I did my first meditation. Meditation was hard. Couldn’t calm my mine down during it (Saliva is one of the factor, trust me). Overall, the whole trip was nice and I did gain a better understanding of Buddism and ultimately I once again get to listen to susu’s entertaining laugh…^_^
Btw, yesterday, i have my appointment for my follow up eye check by an opthamologists. The whole process lasted for 4 hours for which I have spend most of my time waiting. After going through the awful eye check( worst that dentist), the doctor told me that my eyes are HEALTHY!!!!!! The bill for the check up cost 150AUD. ouch..My wage… Guess thats the price for buying a "peace of mind" lorrrrr..

19th of Dec, one of the days in year 2006 that brings me bad news. I had a comprehensive eye test today. Healthy eye, perfect colour vision, power stays the same, pressure reading normal, bla bla bla bla bla…except two things.
1st: It seems that I hurt my left eye when I am small as there is a scar on it but I couldn’t recall. Since it happens a long time ago, there is nothing to worry about.
2nd: They found out that there is something weird about my retina layer on my left eye where a small patch exhibits unusual shape. They reckon that its because of the retina layer peeling off from the skin layer and might lead to early "…….." which is not that pleasant to hear about…haha. Anyway, the optometrist says this kinda thing usually happens for no reason 50% of the time and they are still not sure whether the assumption is true and recommended me for further testing. sigh…. If it is true, I will need to undergo a laser operation.
Anyway, hope its not true~~~~

Recently, life here hasn’t been so productive and was kinda boring. So far, I am still waiting for my laser eye test to be carried out before I can conduct my PIV experiement which means I will be quite free by then. Not I wanna curi tulang oo. I did all the preliminary research that I was suppose to do already. Its just that my Supervisor hasn’t been free to give much supervision and my lab advisor just came back from holiday and is still slacking on his job. ARrrrrrhh….BORING. Thou I am free, I still not have to chance to explore Sydney further. Can’t find the motivation to walk alone in the city..haha..The only place that I’ve been to a lot is the church…haha. They have been organising all sorts of event to embrace people into the Month of Christmas. FUN FUN FUN.
haizzzz….I am still wondering whether should I be getting another part time job just to utilize my free time fruitfully. I am still short of my projected target saving which I will need by the end of next year. But laziness been getting onto me….Need some motivation to get me going..TT…help helpp….

Here am I back in Sydney. This time, I will be around here for three months. Wee~~~~. Just went to the hillsong church this morning with my pal, Timothy. For those that donno, hillsong church is the church that compose all the churchs’ songs that are sang in KL.That church is just spectacular. The performance, the PA, the advertisement, the singer…its too professional. GENG. After that, I went to the city to shop for my snacks and food. Things sold in wollys here are quite different from the one that are back in adelaide. A bit more expensive and extravagant. Took a bus back to Tim’s house after that. Hehe. Here I am now sitting in front of my computer utilising this free internet. Some ppl must have forgotten to put on security for their wireless internet connection. Hopefully he won’t realise it!! Tired tired. Going out for dinner later. Looking forward to meeting Agus and Henry again. They will be shock if they see me…:p…Wasn’t expecting them to be in the same course as Tim!!

"Guatemala. Guatemala is a complex coffee origin. Strictly Hard Bean grade coffees from the central highlands (Antigua, Atitlan,) tend to exhibit a rich, spicy or floral acidity and excellent body. Coffees from mountainous areas exposed to either Pacific (San Marcos) or Caribbean (Cobán, Huehuetenango) weather tend to display a bit less acidity and more fruit."-http://www.coffeereview.com/reference.cfm?find=guatamala+light+roast
This is my first coffee grind I tested using my new machine. Extremely aromatic I must say. Its says to have a blend of chocolate and spices smell in it which I still couldn’t taste it. Weird. The depth in flavour of the coffee is uncomplainable. Extremely rich. Yum…..
Origin: America

Tada…I’m back again in friendster. Finally. Amnet really sucks. Can’t login because of them.
Anyway, I finally got my industrial placement!!!…Yeah. Not bad ei. Its all the way in Sydney…hehe…will be there for the next three months starting from 27 Nov to next yr 16 FEB. Gonna be busy. The pay is not bad thou. Hope I can enjoy my time there and get to establish some connections there. It seems that the job market for mechatronics is very low in adelaide. Have to move on to other inter states I guess. Sydney’s not a bad choice thou. It seems i am quite fated with that place.Weee……..
Time passes real fast. Exam is round the corner in 2 weeks time. Geez…scary. Haven’t finish studying any of the subject yet. Lucky its only three exam. Won’t be too hard I guess. Fighto!!!
I guess I better get back to study then. There is a mock exam tomorrow. Haven’t prepared at all yet. Die die…………..
